What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each of our charters comes with an experienced crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel costs, and a selection of basic beverages and snacks. Depending on the type of charter service chosen, such as sunset cruises, you'll enjoy a range of premium drinks and appetizers, whereas corporate charters come with business catering options and facilities for conferences.
When should I reserve my booking?
To secure your preferred date, we advise booking 2–3 weeks ahead. If you're planning an event for business purposes or a private celebration, we recommend a 4–6 weeks’ notice to ensure we have availability and enough time to cater to your customizations.
What if the weather is bad on the day of departure?
Our utmost concern is for your safety. Should our captain judge the weather to be hazardous, we will suggest an alternate date for your yacht charter or process a full reimbursement. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will inform you of any concerns 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring refreshments myself?
Certainly, you can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks onboard. Additionally, we provide top-notch catering services tailored to your taste preferences. For safety reasons, we must prohibit any glass containers.
Do you offer yacht accessibility for individuals with mobility restrictions?
We aim to be inclusive for all our guests. While some of our yachts feature more accessibility options than others, please let us know your specific requirements during booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange for the required support.
What is the policy for cancellations?
Should you cancel more than 72 hours prior to departure, you will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours will be refunded at 50%. Any cancellations occurring within the 24-hour window prior to departure are ineligible for refund, unless the cause for cancellation is related to adverse weather or mechanical difficulties on our end.
